### What if the issues are bigger than the tier I purchased?
We'll tell you before we start. The diagnostic is the first step. If we find the scope is larger than expected, we'll give you an updated quote. No surprises.

### Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the rescue?
Yes. Once your site is fixed, we offer a monthly maintenance retainer if you want us to keep it that way. Ask us about this after your rescue is complete.

### How do I give you access to my site?
We'll send you a simple guide after you book. You'll create a temporary admin account for us. We don't need your personal login.
